At some point in a horse
owner’s life, situations may occur that are unforeseen and require you
to prove the value of your horse. When the situation arises, you
need a professional horse appraiser.
Many people know horses and can offer an educated guess regarding what they may think a horse is worth, but usually can not explain how, or why, they arrived at their value or prove that it is a true market value; I can. Why use someone who just "knows horses" when you can use someone who knows horses, and how to professionally appraise them? I use the same standards as professional real estate appraisers in my work.
